Due to the digital nature of our memberships and the immediate access provided to all gated content upon purchase, all subscription payments are non-refundable.

1. Subscription Billing

Charlie’s Moon Readings currently offers recurring monthly and yearly subscription options. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing through your selected payment method unless canceled prior to your next renewal date.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user.

2. Canceling Your Subscription

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings on our website.

If you cancel your subscription:

• your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period,

• you will continue to have access to member content until that period ends,

• and you will not be charged again unless you choose to re-subscribe.

Canceling a subscription does not retroactively refund previous charges.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because our content is digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for:

• active subscription periods

• partially used billing cycles

• unused memberships,

• forgotten cancellations

• dissatisfaction based on personal interpretation or experience with the content
